We are seeking an energetic and experienced professional to provide administrative support and meeting management to the Programme & Performance Department and contribute to the office management.

Your responsibilities will include leading on event logistics, travel arrangements, supporting different work streams within the department (meaning you'll have an helicopter view on the work and will be in the position of understanding some of the work of our member associations) and scanning for interesting resource mobilisation opportunities (overview of funding opportunities) among other tasks. 

Profile: Candidates should have proven experience in meeting organization and follow-up. Two years’ experience working in a similar role is desirable as well as experience of travel assistance and office management.
